Gator 6x4

The HTT Gator is an Off-Road Rail Vehicle (RRV) that has been designed to facilitate the transportation of goods and personnel.

These benefits can be enhanced further when used in conjunction with the Permaquip™ Type B Towing Trolley, Personnel Carrier, Drum Trolley and Railman.

The HTT Gator RRV is a 3 axle, 6 x 4 vehicle fitted with a diesel engine, which has
the ability to carry two persons in addition to the payload located in the rear.

Towing Trolley Complete - Part No. 33284

With a rated carrying capacity of 2,000 kg at 30 kph, the Towing Trolley is fitted with a failsafe braking system.

Optional Fence Sides are available to ensure that loads are retained during towing.

Personnel Carrier Complete - Part No. 33375

The Personnel Carrier can accomodate 6 occupants.

It is designed to meet the latest requirements and incorporates fail-safe braking, anti-climb and anti-slew couplers and an emergency stop control.

It can be towed or propelled, and can be coupled to other Personnel Carriers to form a train of up to 4 Personnel Carriers, giving seating options for 6, 12, 18 and 24 personnel plus 2 in the Gator.

Cable Drum Trolley Complete - Part No. 33514

The Cable Drum Trolley is designed to carry up to 2,100 kg of cable drum, either as a centre mounted single drum or as two lighter drums per trolley. A manually-controlled feed arm guides the cable to the correct position for laying.

The vertical spindle arrangement permits loading with a fork-lift truck where height is restricted and cable can be laid by as few as 3 people depending on site conditions.

Gas Bottle Cradle with Trolley - Part No. 33827

The Gas Bottle Cradle module fits between the two halves of the Towing Trolleys.

The Cradle is designed to carry one Propane bottle and up to 4 Oxygen or Nitrogen bottles. The Support frame is detachable so that the assembly requires minimum storage space.
